Hi, I’m Lana, founder of Aesthetics by Lana.

I’m a Registered Adult Nurse with almost 18 years’ NHS experience and currently work as a District Nurse alongside running my aesthetics clinic from my private home clinic in Purbrook.

Nursing has always been more than just a job to me. Caring for people, listening to their concerns and helping them through difficult times has been at the heart of my career. As much as I love nursing, I also wanted the opportunity to help people feel more confident in themselves, not just healthier. Aesthetics has given me the opportunity to combine my clinical knowledge with my passion for skin health and natural-looking results.

One of my favourite parts of my job is seeing a client’s reaction when they look in the mirror after their treatment. Watching someone leave feeling happier, more confident and more comfortable in their own skin is incredibly rewarding.

My approach has always been honest and ethical. I believe in listening first and understanding what has brought you to clinic, rather than telling you what I think you need. Every face is unique, and every treatment plan should be too.

Sometimes the best treatment isn’t the one a client initially asks for. If I believe there’s a more suitable option, I’ll always explain why. Equally, if I don’t think a treatment is right for you, I’ll tell you. Your safety, wellbeing and achieving natural-looking results will always come before making a sale.

I don’t believe aesthetics should change what you look like. My aim is to enhance your natural features in a way that leaves you feeling more confident, looking refreshed and still you.
